NASCA’s Spring Conference provides a venue for state leaders and corporate partners to share knowledge and best practices and build relationships to help state chief administrators in their work to transform state government.The 2019 Spring Conference will feature curriculum related to procurement, facilities management and “boot camp” sessions that focus on outlining the chief administrator’s role so that participants can better balance the political and technical demands of their complex jobs. Presenters will include state members, corporate partners and the bootcamp portions will be facilitated by Sid Johnson, who is a former state chief administrator currently serving as faculty with the Carl Vinson Institute of Government at the University of Georgia.
