05-10-2018 12:34

Part of Governor Pete Ricketts’ efforts to bring private sector best practices to Nebraska state government involves the use of data-driven decision-making techniques. Representatives from Nebraska’s Center of Operational Excellence will provide a comprehensive review of a nine-step system that empowers leaders to make evidence-based decisions that solve the problems public sector leaders face every day. This session works through the nine-step system as a group exercise, imparting techniques and tools along the way that attendees can immediately put to use in their states.
